Anyone can launch, no tokens needed. You only pay the Solana network costs Phantom shows you. OTCPAD charges nothing.
Terms, risks and privacy

What OTCPAD is (and isn't)
OTCPAD is not an exchange, a broker, a launchpad operator or a financial service. It is a free interface that makes it easier to use platforms that already exist. The services you reach through OTCPAD are not ours: they are provided by independent third parties, and OTCPAD only links to them or prepares requests for them.
- OTC (otcdesks.cash) lists coins, sets the fee split and pays holders.
- pump.fun and Meteora run the bonding curves and pools where coins are created and traded.
- Jupiter and pump.fun are where you buy and sell. OTCPAD has no trading of its own.
- DexScreener provides prices, volumes and charts.
- Phantom is your wallet. Every transaction is built openly and only happens if you approve it there.
OTCPAD never holds your funds or your keys, doesn't execute trades for you and doesn't charge fees. We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their availability, their data, their rules or their changes.
Terms of use
- You use OTCPAD at your own risk and are responsible for every transaction you approve in your wallet.
- You must be of legal age and allowed to use crypto services where you live. Don't use OTCPAD where it's prohibited.
- Don't use OTCPAD to launch coins that are fraudulent, infringe other people's rights or mislead buyers.
- Information on OTCPAD comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. It is provided "as is", without warranties.
- OTCPAD can change or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, OTCPAD isn't liable for losses from using it or the platforms it links to.
Risk warning
- Nothing on OTCPAD is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research.
- Memecoins are extremely volatile and many go to zero. You can lose everything you put in. Only use money you can afford to lose.
- Listed coins are created by anyone. OTCPAD doesn't review, audit or endorse them.
- Featured is a promotional space ranked by OTC burned (and the OTCPAD multiplier), not a recommendation. The official OTCPAD token is pinned at the top of Trending by OTCPAD and is marked as such.
- Holder payouts come from trading fees on third-party platforms. They depend on volume and are never guaranteed.
- Burned OTC is destroyed forever. Transactions on Solana can't be reversed.
Privacy
- OTCPAD has no accounts and asks for no personal data.
- When you connect Phantom, OTCPAD only sees your public address, which is already public on Solana, to read your balances. It can't move your funds.
- Unfinished launches and your watchlist are saved only in your own browser.
- To show data, your browser connects to the third-party services above, which have their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.

How OTCPAD works
OTCPAD is an easier interface for OTC. Everything happens on existing platforms; OTCPAD connects them for you.
What is OTC?
OTC (otcdesks.cash) is a system of coins on Solana whose trading fees go to their holders. Instead of keeping the fees, each coin's fees buy tokenized stocks (like AAPLx or NVDAx) or the OTC token, and those are sent to holders. Part of the fees also buys OTC and burns it.
How do holders get paid?
Every trade of an OTC coin pays a fee. OTC collects it and, round after round, sends the asset the coin pays in to everyone holding it. More trading means more payouts. Payouts are never guaranteed.
Launching a coin
- Connect Phantom (it only shares your public address).
- Add a name, ticker, image and description.
- Pick pump.fun (pays in a stock or a rotating basket) or Meteora (pays in one asset, including the OTC token).
- Approve two transactions in Phantom, one at a time. Keep about 0.05 SOL for deposits and network fees.
- Your coin is created the official OTC way: 100% of its fees go to OTC holders and it's listed on otcdesks.cash and on OTCPAD.
OTCPAD charges nothing. If something stops halfway, "Finish launch" completes it without creating a second coin.
Boost and Featured
Burn OTC for a coin to move it up in Featured. Burned OTC is destroyed forever: it doesn't go to anyone, it lowers OTC's supply. Featured is ordered by burn points.
What is OTCPAD (the token) for?
The more OTCPAD you hold, the more each OTC you burn counts. Holding 100,000+ OTCPAD gives ×1.25, and 1,000,000+ gives ×1.5. The server checks your balance on Solana when it records each burn. OTCPAD itself is launched as an OTC coin, so its holders also receive payouts from its trading fees.
Is it safe?
OTCPAD never holds your funds. Before asking you to sign, it simulates each transaction and checks that you are the payer, that only the expected programs are used and that no SOL leaves your wallet to other addresses. Coins themselves are risky: read the risk warning.
Where do I buy and sell?
On pump.fun or Jupiter. OTCPAD links you there; it doesn't trade for you.
